Clean and cozy rooms made my stay at Arcadia enjoyable. The staff friendliness stood out. the owner offered assistance with local dining options and even called a restaurant for me. I loved the unique touches, like ceramic mugs and a nice hand towel in the bathroom. The quiet environment allowed for a great night’s sleep. On the downside, the room felt a bit cramped due to the layout, which included extra furniture. The air conditioning unit was loud and turned off after a short while, making it uncomfortable at night. The furnishings seemed dated, and the bathroom fixtures could use an update. Overall, I appreciated the care the staff takes but felt that some aspects need improvement to match the high ratings.
